+ Information Collection and Use

At Advocates for Immigrant Rights, we prioritize client confidentiality and privacy. We collect your mobile phone number only when you explicitly opt-in to receive automated and manual text messages from us (such as appointment reminders, court alerts, and legal case updates).

+ No Sharing of Mobile Information

Advocates for Immigrant Rights does not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates. Most importantly, no mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data will be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Your data is strictly used for direct operational communication between our firm and you.

+ Opt-Out and Help Protocols

You have full control over your text messaging preferences: To Stop Messages: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Once you text STOP, you will receive a final confirmation text, and we will immediately cease sending automated texts to your phone number. To Get Assistance: You can text HELP to receive contact support information, or you can reach out directly to us at 901-729-9560 or via email at advocates@airlegal.org.

+ Rates and Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the status and needs of your active legal case. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

+ Program Description

Advocates for Immigrant Rights sends text messages to clients who have explicitly consented to receive them. These messages include operational and informational notifications such as appointment reminders, legal consultation confirmations, court date alerts, and critical milestones or updates regarding an active legal case.

+ Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive text messages dynamically based on the ongoing needs, schedules, and active updates related to your specific legal matter.

+ Cost and Carriers

Advocates for Immigrant Rights does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Supported carriers include all major US mobile networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

+ How to Opt-Out (Stop)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Advocates for Immigrant Rights, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt back in by texting START.

+ How to Get Help

If you experience issues with our text messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any text message, or contact our support team directly at 901-729-9560 or via email at advocates@airlegal.org.

+ Privacy Protection

Your mobile data privacy is strictly protected. All information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which guarantees that your mobile phone number and opt-in consent data will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please review our separate Privacy Policy webpage for full details on how your data is handled.
