At Advocates for Immigrant Rights (AIR), our mission to fight for the dignity, safety, and inclusion of vulnerable immigrants is more crucial than ever. In response to the surging demand for legal services and the constraints of our limited resources, AIR has launched rapid response Legal Advice-Only appointments to provide accessible, high impact support. During these appointments, our experienced immigration attorneys meet virtually with clients to deliver comprehensive legal advice, evaluating their unique situations, identifying potential forms of relief, and exploring all available legal pathways. These sessions empower immigrants with clarity and confidence to pursue their futures.

How it works

Our Rapid Response Legal Advice-Only appointments are designed to provide you with clarity, confidence, and hope by offering accessible, expert legal advice tailored to your unique situation. These virtual sessions connect you with an experienced immigration attorney who will evaluate your case, identify potential forms of relief, and outline your legal options, all in a supportive, compassionate environment. Reach out to us by calling 901. 729.9560 and ask for the Legal Advice-Only appointments. One of our dedicated bilingual support staff members (including Spanish speakers) will guide you through the quick and simple registration process. They’ll answer any questions, confirm your appointment, and ensure you’re prepared for your consultation. To help AIR cover the costs of providing these vital services, we suggest a $50 Dollar donation. This payment can me made at the program’s donation landing page. However, no one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Our commitment is to ensure everyone has access to the legal guidance they need.

Prefer to schedule at your convenience? After donating, visit our booking page to schedule your consultation. Select an available time slot and complete the form to confirm your appointment. Please note: This consultation provides guidance but does not guarantee legal representation.

  • Honor Your Appointment: We rely on you to attend your scheduled consultation, as our capacity is limited due to high demand. If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via Book Me or by contacting us at advocates@airlegal.org.

    • Important: No-Shows will not be eligible for a rescheduled consultation, and donations are non-refundable. This policy helps us serve as many clients as possible.

  • Financial Hardship: If the suggested $50 donation poses a challenge, you may contribute any amount, or email us at advocates@airlegal.org to inquire about limited free consultation slots, subject to availability.
